1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "Member", or "you") and petpk (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operating the gaming platform accessible at petpk.cam (the "Website", "Platform", or "Service"). 1.1 Amendments to Terms

petpk reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. When material changes are made to these Terms, petpk will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and may provide additional notification through email to your registered address, prominent notice on the Website, or notification upon your next login to your petpk account. Your continued use of petpk services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To create a petpk account and access our gaming services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Personal Use Only: Your petpk account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not allow any third party to use your account or credentials, nor may you use your account on behalf of any other person or entity.

2.1 Account Registration Process

When registering for a petpk account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You must provide your legal name exactly as it appears on your government-issued identification documents, a valid email address, a working mobile phone number (preferably linked to GCash or Maya for convenient transactions), your date of birth, and residential address within the Philippines. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

petpk offers multiple payment methods convenient for Filipino players, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), direct bank transfers from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks, as well as e-wallet and cryptocurrency options as available. All financial transactions through the petpk platform are subject to the following terms and conditions:

3.1 Deposits

When you make a deposit to your petpk account, you represent and warrant that all funds deposited originate from legitimate sources and are your own property. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your deposit method is valid, properly funded, and authorized for online gaming transactions. petpk accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and other currencies as specified on the Website. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the cashier page and may vary depending on the payment method selected. Most deposits via GCash and Maya are processed instantly, while bank transfers may require one to three business days depending on your financial institution.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to meeting all wagering requirements associated with bonuses and promotions you have accepted. petpk processes most withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within twenty-four (24) hours, though processing times may extend to seventy-two (72) hours during peak periods or when additional verification is required. Withdrawal requests may be declined if your account has not completed identity verification, if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, if bonus terms have not been satisfied, if the withdrawal method does not match the deposit method (subject to anti-money laundering requirements), or if your account has violated any provision of these Terms. petpk does not charge fees for withdrawals, though your payment provider or bank may impose their own charges. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

petpk offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty program rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are detailed in the promotional materials and must be read carefully before accepting any offer. Key points regarding petpk bonuses include:

petpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times, coordinated play with other users, or irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may lead to account suspension. All bonus-related decisions made by petpk are final and binding.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the petpk platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers and utilize certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. petpk does not influence, manipulate, or have access to game outcomes. Each game has specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages which are available within the game interface or upon request from customer support.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

When using petpk services, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or play games

• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain
• Using strategies designed primarily to abuse bonuses rather than genuine gameplay

Violation of fair play standards or engaging in prohibited activities will result in immediate suspension or termination of your petpk account, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate. petpk employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and actively monitors gameplay patterns to identify suspicious activity.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the petpk platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of petpk or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The petpk name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of petpk or its affiliates or licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the petpk platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from the petpk Website except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with prior written consent from petpk.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PETPK, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the petpk services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the petpk platform
• Any content obtained from the petpk platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical malfunctions, failures, or interruptions in service
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content or game results

THE PETPK SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PETPK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. You acknowledge that gaming involves risk and that you may lose money. petpk is an entertainment platform and should not be viewed as a method of income generation.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

petpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activities, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and reality checks. You may set these limits through your account settings at any time, and increases to existing limits will be subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.

If you believe your gaming is becoming problematic or if you wish to take a break from gaming activities, petpk offers self-exclusion options ranging from temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 months) to permanent account closure. During self-exclusion, your petpk account will be inaccessible, you will not receive marketing communications, and you will be unable to create new accounts. 9. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your petpk account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account within thirty (30) days. petpk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, provide false information, abuse bonuses, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In the event of account termination for Terms violations, petpk may forfeit any funds in your account, including deposits and winnings.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of petpk services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. petpk implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including SSL encryption for all transactions and secure storage of personal information.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of petpk services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and petpk. If such negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules, or through the competent courts of the Philippines.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

The failure of petpk to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and petpk regarding your use of the petpk services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
